Alex Angel was born in California and Raised in Hawaii. While in Hawaii, Alex studied drawing and painting as well as digital art at Kapiolani Community college. Alex then served in the United States Marine Corps from 2012 to 2018. Alex moved to Brooklyn, New York to study art at The School of Visual Arts. Currently, Alex is a candidate in the Masters in Fine Arts program at the School of Visual Arts class of 2022, he lives and works in Brooklyn, NY

My practice is a process of interlacing dreams with inner interdimensional soul labyrinths. This is a result of exposing the layers of my soul through the doorway of my heart as I am directed by my minds visions. I hope to find my internal truth and speak into it with absolute freedom.
